About The Station

About Classic 98

Classic 98 Rock

Classic 98 Rock, like most great inventions, was born out of necessity. No radio station in Baltimore was playing the classic rock that Baltimore grew up on! Not even the ones that say they are!

Classic 98 Rock is not your typical classic rock radio station. We play artists that are unique to Baltimore and up until now ignored by radio. We play everything from Kix, Crack The Sky, Child's Play, The Ravyns to The Sweet, ZZ Top, Joe Satriani, AC/DC and The Rolling Stones. In fact the Classic 98 Rock library includes over 200 artists and that number is growing every day. If you have any suggestions please email us or call us. We hope that Classic 98 Rock is Baltimore!
